The People Diet is a self-help book that is a book filled with stories and exercises to assist people in making good relationship choices. People are very diet conscious, however, who you put in your life can be a lot more damaging to your mental, emotional and physical health than what you put in your stomach. The focus of the book is to compare our food choices to our people choices.

An adult comedy and play, which was done at multiple venues in Florida, Colorado and California. It was originally published by Original Works Publishing and had 2 versions of it: a gay version and a straight version. It is the story of Ed (short for Erectile Dysfunction) a man who is incapable of being faithful to 1 woman.
